Tony Grbcic
Tony Grbcic is the Director of Just Real Estate Investments and brings to the table over 28 years experience in the property industry. Known for his stong negotiating skills and strategic planned finanical outcomes for his clients, Tony is a recognised authority in the Gold Coast commerical property market.
Tony's experience is based on a diverse array of real estate, from general real estate, property management and project marketing to commerical and development land sales. Formally from South Africa, Tony was the sole Director of the Tony Grbcic Property Group, which at the time was one of the leading companies in northern Johannesburg.
Since Tony established himself on the Gold Coast ten years ago, he has become a force to be reckoned with in the marketplace. The experienced agent constantly deals with an extensive database of active clients looking for solid investments with strong yield returns.
Tony is in the business of property, offering clients fact-based knowledge for the commerical, industrial and investment property assest classes regarding the economic macro-drivers that influence and drive the market. He is a specialist in the industry and offers clients expert advice to maximise their financial returns.
Adam Grbcic
Adam Grbcic is a young and enthusiastic real estate agent who recently joined our team at Just Real Estate Investments.
After graduating from Bond University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Sustainable Property Development (majoring in Property Valuation) he went onto gain over 18 months experience as a Commercial Property Valuer.
The Just Real Estate Investments team are qualified and experienced in finding developers a suitable location where their project will complement surrounding residences and meet the strong demand for unit, commerical and retail development on the Gold Coast.
